May I humbly request from your good office to allow my son Elijah Dofeliz Estipona to take the
Final Examination. I can only pay in the amount of Five Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Eight
Pesos (P 5,988) for his tuition fee. I promise to pay the remaining balance of Fourteen Thousand
Two Hundred Seventy Nine (P 14,279) on or before July 3, 2023.
