rice fields reaches 8 million hectares, according to the I n d o n e s i a n Ministry of

In his Tafsir Al-Munir, Volume 6, Page 28, the Prophet (peace and blessings of

Lubabah and his friends who wanted to own the pillars of the Prophet's mosque and would
not let go of them except by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). On the
basis that they did not participate in the battle of Tabuk due to their wealth. After they were
released, they came to the Messenger of Allah with some of their wealth. Then they said: "O
Messenger of Allah...take our wealth and give charity with it for us and ask forgiveness for
us". The Messenger of Allah replied: "I will not take any of your wealth until the command of
Allah comes", then the verse that was recited was revealed.

Students in Fiqhus Zakah volume 2 p. 447 says that the obligation of zakaah is not an
individual obligation so that those who are strong in faith and hope for the reward of the
hereafter will pay zakaah. Those who are weak in faith and even humble do not pay zakaah.

For the Muslim who has a lot of

wealth, count his fortune If he

has a year, pay zakat on his

wealth.

Indonesia has fantastic zakat potential but the quantity that can be collected per year is still
