We are pleased to inform you that, as per the recent government declaration, our
school will reopen for Grades 1 to 12 on Monday, 10th June 2024. LKG and UKG
will reopen on Wednesday, 12th June 2024, and PreKG classes will start on
Thursday, 13th June 2024.
We are excited to welcome you to our esteemed institution as we begin the new
academic year. We deeply appreciate your unwavering support for our academic and co-
curricular activities. To ensure a smooth and organized start to the 2024-25 academic
year, we would like to remind you of our existing procedures and introduce some updates.

School Timings:
Please note the following school timings for your children:
PreKG : 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. LKG & UKG : 8:50 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Grades 1 to 8 : 8:50 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Grades 9 to 12 : 8:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Morning Entry:
Parents of KG to Grade 8 students should drop off their children near the Central
Library before 8:50 a.m. Students arriving after 8:50 a.m. must report to the reception.
Punctuality is essential, and late arrivals are discouraged.

Evening Exit:
Please pick up your children from the designated pickup zone at the following times:
KG: Central Library at 3:00 p.m. Grades 1 to 8: Central Library at 3:50 p.m.
• If you need to pick up siblings with different timings, please follow the schedule
of the higher-grade student. KG students will be supervised by teachers until then.
Ensure timely pickups to avoid inconvenience and use the designated parking area.
• School vehicles will depart at 4:00 p.m.
• Students who walk home should gather in the Central assembly area and exit
through Gate 1.

Visiting Hours:
• Visiting hours for parents are limited. To collect your child early, please do so at
the reception and submit a permission slip to the security officer.
• Parents/guardians cannot meet teachers during school hours but can do so on Open
Days and every 2nd and 4th Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Essential Items:
• Students must bring an umbrella or raincoat during the rainy season.
• A rough notebook should be brought daily.
• Ensure your child has sufficient water, healthy snacks, lunch, a spoon, fork, and a
napkin. Avoid plastic items.
Uniform:
• Students must wear the designated school uniform with their ID card on all
working days once they receive the same. Uniforms should be clean, neat, and
worn appropriately. Gold ornaments and noisy anklets are not allowed. Higher-
grade girls may wear small studs and a lightweight chain. The school is not
responsible for any concerns regarding ornaments.
Parent Counselling:
• Periodic counselling sessions for parents are conducted by experts. These sessions
are mandatory and have been highly beneficial in guiding children effectively.
Attendance is crucial as it positively impacts children's academic and overall
performance.

For any concerns, please message the Principal via SMS at 9445663610. Your messages
will be handled confidentially and promptly. For emergencies, contact 7090407000 or
7598168394. For unresolved issues, text or voice message the Managing Director of
Excel Group of Schools at 9342360458 (voice calls are not accepted).

Note:
• 10.06.2024 (Monday) will be a half working day for all students
(Timing: 8.50am – 1.30pm). School Vehicles will depart from the campus at
1.45pm
• Parents of new students should meet the Transport Manager on the reopening day
in the forenoon at the library to discuss transport arrangements.
