Subj : Availability of Firing Range Facility and Range Officers, Request for

1. The Office of the Chief of Coast Guard Staff intends to conduct a one (1) day
Proficiency Firing that will be attended by seventy-seven (77) personnel of this Office
tentatively on 11 December 2023.

2. Said activity will enhance their knowledge and skills in gun safety and develop
the competence of each personnel in proper handling of firearms. This undertaking
will help them to be competent in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
as personnel of Office of the Chief of Coast Guard Staff.

3. In this connection, request availability of Coast Guard K9 Force Firing Range

with Range Officers to facilitate the conduct of 1-Day Proficiency Firing of this Office.
