Currently working with City Stay Premium Hotel Apartment LLC in Deira. as a Asst Accountant.
Responsibilities: -
• Receive & Check of all invoices to file with their Proper attachments.
• Prepared weekly and monthly reports on accounts payable aging and outstanding invoices for
management review.
• To Post Vouchers into System & Check Prices Are Charged as Per Quotation or Contract.
• To Pay Approved Invoices Before Deadlines, Corresponding & Negotiate with Vendors.
• To Bring Hotel 100% Up to Date with Accounts Payable Section, reconcile vendor statements
and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing accruals and reconciling accounts payable
sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Keep on track on AMC schedule and inform department head on their renewals.
