Important Note: Order for Terra Blocks should be in mutiple of 4 Pieces except for W (2 Pieces).

Around 3 Boxes of Terra Blocks box (4 Pcs) is packed in wooden palate. The cost of Wooden Palate is appox. Rs. 400. Which will be extra.

1. The rates quoted are inclusive of 18% GST. Ex-Showroom. Local Transport at the actuals.
2. The above quoted rates are for one time lifting.
3. Validity of quotation: 10 days from date of quotation.
4. Delivery: 15 days.
5. Payment: 100% advance along with confirmed written order. Once the order is confirmed no changes in order will be entertained.
6. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Our responsibility ceases after the material leaves our godown
7. No allowance on shortage will be allowed unless notice of the same is immediately given to us on receipt of the goods by you, and the same is accepted by us.
8. Size and Shade variation are an inherent feature of the product. No complaint in this regard will be entertained. Any defective material received by the buyer should be
brought to the notice of the company before installation. As no claims will be entertained after installation it is buyer’s responsibility to inspect the material before laying.

9. Laying Instruction: It is recommended to use spacers while laying all types of tiles specially smooth (matt) finished tiles as there are chances of having bend in the
material due to tile surface not being treated for unevenness but will conform to IS norms.
10. Interest @ 24% p.a will be charges if the payment is not made as per the terms and conditions agreed. In addition GST shall also be charged on such interest amount at
the same rate levied on supply of such goods.
11. Shade illustration in the shade or cards or catalogues may not be the exact representations of the colour of the tiles because of the limitations of the printing process.
Therefore no claim will be entertained if the tiles fail to match the shade cards or colour illustrations.
12. All the orders are subject to force majeure.
13. All disputes are subject to Panaji Jurisdiction.
