Sir,

This is to bring to your office notice that we have already informed you via letters regarding
the expiration of Cloud server agreement and thereof services. As communicated the server
contract is already expired on April 13th, 2024. It is now going to be 2 months as on June 13th
2024. as we have not received any communication from your office. In our previous corres-
pondences, we have provided multiple notices and reminders regarding the impending expira-
tion date of the server. Despite these efforts, we have not received any response or indication
of intent to address the issue.

Please be advised that while we have refrained from disconnecting the network thus far, our
standard charges for the continued usage of the expired server will apply retroactively from
the date of expiration.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt action and co-
operation in rectifying the situation.
