Confirmation of Admission to the next Grade

Dear Parent,
The academic year 2023-24 has ended successfully. We are grateful to Almighty God for the
blessings He has showered upon our students, staff and the school. We are grateful to you for
extending your support and co-operation throughout the year.
Before we start the new academic year, we would like you to confirm the admission of your
ward to the next Grade. Kindly fill in the form attached below and submit it along with a
photocopy (xerox) of the Report Card of Term II Examination 2023-24 OR Term II Revision
Assessment Exam 2023-24 (whichever is applicable), to the respective class teacher on 1st
June 2024 between 11:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Kindly note, the student will be admitted to the next class only on submission of the
Confirmation Form.
If you fail to submit the Confirmation Form, we will interpret this as your decision to leave
the school.
