The following in 4 nos. roof trusses Type TF3 approximately 15000mm long including cutting, drilling, welding.
bolting, painting, hoisting and fixing in position etc. as shown on Drawing No. ABCD 2023/KAED/007 - Block C:-

Steel truss 125mm x 125mm x 4.5mm thick (16.9kg/m) including bolts RM6.50 per kg
Steel worker RM110.00 per day
Unskilled RM75.00 per day
All in rate hire crane (include fuel and operator) RM1,000.00 per day

Assumption:
One set of roof truss weighing 302.5kg
A gang of labour consist of 3 skilled labours and 3 unskilled labours can fix one roof truss in 3 hours
Hoisting; one roof truss in 3 hour
Price of material includes delivery cost
