Gentlemen:

Please be advised that our company, TRIMARK FASHION INTERNATIONAL, INC. ("TRIMARK"
for short) is the exclusive Philippine Licensee and Distributor of MANGO Products. As such,
we have the sole and exclusive right to distribute apparel, accessories and other merchandise
bearing the MANGO trademark and trade name in the Philippines.

Recently however, we found out that, without knowledge, much less our consent, you have
been selling, distributing, and/or otherwise dealing with goods, particularly garments and
other accessories, bearing our Principal’s registered trademark in violation of our rights as the
exclusive Philippine Licensee and our Principal’s rights as the registered owner thereof.

We therefore demand that you immediately cease and desist from using the MANGO
trademark and that you withdraw from your establishment all goods bearing said registered
trademark, otherwise we shall be constrained to file the appropriate civil and criminal cases
against you to protect our and our Principal's interests.

We hope that this will merit your preferential attention.
