With due respect it is stated to that we are writing to bring to your attention three
pressing issues in Department of Business Administration that need to be addressed to ensure a
better learning environment and student experience in our department

Firstly, the delay in declaring our semester results is causing undue stress and anxiety among
students. We request that you expedite the result declaration process to help us plan our
academic and professional pursuits.

Secondly, the lack of a computer lab in our department is hindering our ability to practically
apply theoretical concepts. We request that you establish a well-equipped computer lab to
enhance our practical skills and keep pace with the technological advancements.

Thirdly, the absence of a water cooler in our department is causing inconvenience to students and
staff. We request that you install a water cooler to ensure access to clean drinking water and
maintain a healthy learning environment.

We appreciate your efforts in maintaining the academic standards of our institution, We hope
that you will consider our concerns and take necessary actions to address these issues.
