The idea of having high salary and low salary [ the

attitude] has been a controversial issue for a long time for
people. While a group of people believe that extra high
salary is routine to be paid to people, the other group
firmly argues that paying extra extraordinary high salary
should be limited by government. Both views will be
discussed at length in the following paragraphs.

On the one hand, the supporters of paying high wage to

people, bring some reasons for their claim. As far as they
are concerned, people should be paid a salary according to
their specialty and also their efficacy in any job. This The
high salary causes a kind of motivation for people to work
without any stress and doing their best in their jobs. For
example, a doctor that is specialist in brain operation
should be paid salary higher than people with low
responsibility or with low stress.

On the other hand, there are some others who are the
opinion that salaries be payedpaid to people should not
have more significant differences. The proponents of this
idea content that government should limit extra high
salaries to help others be classified in low income people
in the society. For instance, government can give some
subsidies to others or help to construct country’s
infrastructure with money that is obtained from
limitation of extra salary.

In conclusion, both views can be considered as partially

acceptedacceptable. But when it comes with my own
view point, I have to say that despite positive points of
salary limiting which is limited by government but it is
worth in some jobs that government agreed with extra
high salary [it is logical for governments to have some
acceptable algorithm for salary scales].
