This CONTRACT OF SERVICE made and entered into by and between:

Barangay Ranget, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, herein represented by Mr. MAXIMO CHARLES A.
BARNACHEA, SK Chairperson, or his duly authorized representive, herein referred to as the 1 st PARTY;
-and-

The Referees, herein represented by MR. AUGIE ENCARNACION or his duly authorized
representative with residential address at Brgy. Jardin, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, herein referred to as the 2 nd
PARTY;

-WITNESSETH-

That the 1st PARTY will host the “BASKETBALL SENIOR AND JUNIOR DIVISION LEAGUE
2024” which will be slated at FEBRUARY 18 to APRIL 2, 2024.

That the 2nd PARTY had agreed to provide officiating services in the said tournament, subject to the
following terms and conditions:

1. That the 2nd PARTY will officiate that said tournament from elimination round to the
Championship Round;

2. That the salaries of the three (3) man table officials is Php 18,750.00 for the entire duration of the
tournament;

3. That the total salaries shall be paid to the 2nd PARTY at the end of the tournament;

4. That Sangguniang Kabataan/ Katipunan ng Kabataan(or what we call ourselves) will serve as
table committee members and will receive a total amount of Php 5,400.00 compensation in lieu of
snacks for the whole duration;
5. That in consideration of the limited funds available, KK’s will serve as referees for Volleyball
games and shall receive a total amount of Php 1,400.00 in lieu of snacks for the whole duration of
the tournament:

IN WITNESSED WHEREOF, we have here unto set our hands this 15th day of FEBRUARY, 2024 at
Barangay Ranget, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.
