Student data management involves the systematic
collection, organization, and utilization of information
related to students within educational institutions. This
encompasses tasks such as enrollment, academic record-
keeping, attendance tracking, assessment data
management, and maintaining personal and contact details.
Creating Main Page:

 Adding a Heading with text “Student Data Management”.

 Below text there are two buttons :
i) Login
ii) Generate Password
 The hex code of background colour of the interface: #F3FAC0.
 If the device is not connected to internet an error message
"Error!! Not Connected To Internet“ is displayed.

 Adding three Labels as Student ID, Password and Enter Captcha.

 Beside the labels there will be three entry boxes taking
respective data as labeled.
 Below this section an image containing the captcha code is
shown.
 Below captcha image the submit button is present.

Creating Password Generation of new
Students:
 This section contains a label “Enter Student ID:” and beside it an entry box is
present.
 Below this a Check ID button is present, once confirmed another label “Enter
Password” appears along with an entry box.
 The Check ID button is Converted to Generate Password button.
 After clicking the Generate Password button an OTP is sent to the registered e-
mail.
 A new label is created having message Enter OTP and beside it an entry box is
present, below a new Submit button also appears.
 Once OTP is verified Student can login to their account by clicking the login
button that appears on the screen.
