1.0 BUSSINESS DESCRIPTION.
The business name will be Ciala Pizza Inn. It will sell food
like Pizza, hotdogs, burger, squashes; juices e.t.c .I choose
to call it Ciala because ‘CIALA’ is a brand name of one of
the biggest hotels in the Western region .It will be a sole
proprietorship type of business.
2.0 MARKETING PLAN;
I’ll intend to advertise my business through the social
media. My target will be the students at The Kisumu
National Polytechnic and the residents of Polyview
estate.
3.0 ORGANIZATION PLAN.
The proprietor of the business will be the manager who
will control all activities of the firm. The firm will employ
competent and productive labor force consisting of the
Food and Beverage Manager, Head chef, pastry chef,
service personnel, cashier and cleaners.
4.0 PRODUCTION AND OPERATION PLAN.
Ciala Pizza Inn will attain and retain market leadership by
provision of quick production and quality services. It will
use effective, efficient and modern equipments to
embrace the modern technology.

5.0 FINANCIAL PLAN.
The initial capital that will start the business to commence
operation will be shs500000 whereby I will contribute 300,000
from my savings, 200 000 will be obtained from a loan which
will be refunded in a period of one year.

The proposed business will be a sole proprietorship type
of business. It will sell food like pizza, cakes, hotdogs,
burger and soft drinks. It will give its customers good
quality service.

I Okoth Atieno Alice will be the owner of Ciala Pizza Inn. I am a
twenty two year old lady who is hardworking and determined.
I am a student at the Eldoret National Polytechnic pursuing
Craft in Catering and Accommodation. I will specialize on
being a chef.
1.2 BUSINESS NAME;
The name of the business will be Ciala pizza Inn .I
chose the name because it’s a brand. I got it from
one of the 5 star hotel in the western region.
