respective institutions after Casting their vote to meet any Medical
Emergency of heat stroke or any MLC, issues- To stay alert and be

As per the instructions issued in the reference cited above and in view of the
Polling on 13th May 2024 the MS&MOs of 11 DSH(APVVP) Hospitals in Chittoor District
are directed to issue orders to the Doctors working in their respective institutions to
be available in their respective institutions from 07:00AM to 07:00PM after casting
their vote to meet any Medical Emergency of heat stroke or any MLC, issues and to
stay alert and be available in duty.

These orders should be followed scrupulously failing which disciplinary action

will be initiated as per CCA rules in force. This should be treated as Most Urgent and
Important.
