2. Delivery Time: within 90 working days against the deposits received by seller.
3. Installation Service: all installation service is included. if it needed, the two parties must sign the singal
agreement. including 6 technicians from seller's party which will make installation supervsion job in buyer's
farm;The buyer must take charge of the techcians' room,foods and security during they work in buyer's
farm.
4. The buyer must prepare all equipment for Installation or fittings for such equipment which are not
included in the quotation.the detailed goods list will be presented to buyer after order confirmed.
5. The Equipment Gurranty:all accessories of equipment will be changed by seller if broken within 1 year after
delivery,the seller take charge for frieght cost of transportation.
6. On customers account:civil works, electric wiring to motors & electric devices,big drills,welding machines, handling
devices (scaffolds, cranes, cherry pickers...) and any other material not included in this quotation.
8. For materials instruction: all cage are BSRM 275 g/sm galvanzed cage meshes;steel sheets will be GP
Steel Sheet; all motors are working as China standard electricity data : AC,3PH/380V,50HZ,0.75--4.0 kW for
all machines in this quotation.
