DEMOCRATIC
In this type of leadership the leader considers the
opinions and views of all the subordinates working. The
leader allows the subordinates to come and participate
in the decision making process. This ultimately makes
the workers feel good, cooperative and motivated.

to the subordinates and workers and give them
authority to make and take all the decisions. Complete
freedom is given to the subordinates to make

This is the modern type of leadership in which the
leaders are usually very aspirative in nature. Can be
termed as Go-Getters. They usually make a goal or
task, take steps to achieve and achieve. These types of
leaders are very quantitative in nature.

the philosophy of “we’ll start to work when we are at
close to them”. Ultimately they are lazy and lethargic in
nature towards their work.

and caries out all the works systematically in an
organized manner.
Following the proper steps, rules and regulations and
strategies.
EMPIRICAL

In this type of leadership the leader behaves like a King

and does not perform any task rationally. usually the
leader is little bit impractical or irrational.
CONCLUSION
These are the basic leadership styles we have discussed in our presentation. The
classification of the styles of leadership is based on various factors such as - nature
of the leader, applications, way of applying, types of organization and needs in the
organizational environment.

Further in my opinion the style of leadership can be defined based on the

organization. There can be more types based.
