We used the process of design thinking to solve the problem.

We used the 5 stems of it to solve the


problem .

1) Empathy – We went to nearby localities asked our neighbours, family members, relatives
and friends about the problem and also asked them whether it is as serious problem or not.
We got excellent responses everyone agreed to this problem and said that it indeed is very
serious and needs a solution which is effective, easy and durable.
2) Defining the problem, we stated that people have qualifications, interests, degrees but no
opportunities, we also came to know about the problem faced by the youth in choosing a
career and thus came up with a solution.
3) Thus, we have created a chatbot named efficiency, to introduce new jobs to unemployed
people according to their preferences and interests. Efficiency can also tell the salaries of
certain jobs but not all as they vary depending on your position.
4) Practically if we provide job ideas to people on the basis of their demand and interest then
there would almost be no scope of people being unemployed.
5) When people came to know about our final product-efficiency they were eager to try it and
got a clearer idea on what they want to do. The results and feedback were good and
satisfying and encouraged us to keep going on.

according to their preferences and interests. Doing this will help bring down unemployment in our
country as people will get to know about the job that matches their n`eeds and qualifications, also if
people have any doubts regarding their career, they can ask them in our chatbot. Efficiency can also
tell the salaries of certain jobs but not all as they vary depending on your position.
