I am Cheryl C. Dancel, a SPES beneficiary, and currently assigned in DepEd- CID Office. I hope
this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to attend work for two days,
July 18 and 19, due to prior commitments that require my immediate attention. I apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause and would like to request your understanding and support during my brief
absence.
The reason for my absence is that I will be attending a youth camp today, June 18, 2023. The camp
serves as a valuable opportunity for personal growth, skill development, and community engagement.
Furthermore, I need to attend school enrollment to secure my courses for the upcoming semester, ensuring
a seamless continuation of my education.
It is rest assured that I will be complying the needed hours for my whole summer job period by
working additional day once the employment period ends.
