AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE NINETY ONE PESOS AND
46/100(28,191.46). ALLOCATION OF 1% FROM THE INTERNAL REVENUE COLLECTIONS FOR
BUDGET YEAR 2023 OF THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE BARANGAY
COUNCIL FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN (BCPC) FUND OF THE BARANGAY
GOVERNMENT OF KABUHI, MAHAYAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR FOR BUDGET YEAR 2023.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguninag Barangay of Kabuhi, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del

Sur in session duly assembled:

Section 1. Appropriation of Funds. There is hereby appropriated an amount of Twenty eight Thousand
One hundred Ninety One pesos and 46/100 (28,191.46). Allocation of 1% from the Internal Revenue
Collections for BY 2023 of the Annual Budget for the operartions of the Barangay Council for the Protection
of Children (BCPC) Fund of the Barangay Government of Kabuhi, Mahayag, Zamboanga del sur for Calendar
Year 2023 as follows:

Section 2. Source of Funds. The foregoing appropriation shall be sourced out from 1% the estimated
Internal revenue collections for the year 2023 in the total amount of TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED NINETY ONE PESOS AND 46/100 (28,191.46), broken down as follows:

Section 3. TRANSFER/AUGMENT OF ITEM. No appropriations shall be transfered from one item to
another without approval of the sangguninag Barangay. However, the Punong Barangay is hereby
authorized to augment any item in the approved annual budget from savings in other items within the same
expense class of thier respective appropriations pursuant to section 336 of RA 7160, otherwise known as
the Local government Code of 1991.

Section 4. DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS. No funds shall be disbursed by the Barangay Treasurer in

ixcess of the appropriation embodied in this appropriation ordinance and in the Barangay Annual Budget
for CY 2023 without supplemental budget duly accomplished and approved in accordance with existing
rules and regulations.

Section 5. AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURES. The disbursement of authorized expenditures shall be

based on the approved works and financial plan and the advice of allotment issued by the Punong
Barangay.

Section 6. EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1 - December 31, 2023.
