AFFIDAVIT

I, DOMINIC NGUGI KAIHIU, a businessman, of P.O. Box 24 Nakuru in the

Republic of Kenya, do hereby make oath and state as follows:-

THAT I am a citizen of the Republic of Kenya and holder of Identity Card No.
3418012.

THAT my nephew RICHARD MUGO IRUNGU has been offered a scholarship to

study architecture in Brazil, which scholarship he intends to accept.

THAT I am committed and hereby undertake to support the said RICHARD MUGO
IRUNGU financially to the extent of at least US $ 400 every month for his
subsistence during his studies in Brazil as required by the Educational Scheme Note
No. 18/2002.

THAT I swear this affidavit in declaration of my undertaking to provide and support

RICHARD MUGO IRUNGU financially throughout his studies abroad.

THAT what is deponed herein is true to the best of my knowledge, information and
belief.
