COMPANY RESOLUTION FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE MONNIFY COLLECTION SOLUTION

SARAH'S ENTERPRISE a Value Added Services (VAS) organization that offers instant recharge of Airtime, Data Bundle,
CableTV (DStv, GOtv & Startimes), Electricity Bill Payment, Recharge Card Printing and so much more to our customers
with office at no. 28 Ede street ogbunabali, Port Harcourt Rivers state

The company is a sole proprietorship organization and as such the Chief Executive Office (CEO) acts alone and is thereby
authorized to do and perform any and all such acts including execution of any and all documents and certificates as
deemed fit.

Therefore on the 19/04/2024 SARAH'S ENTERPRISE agreed to set up and operate the Monnify virtual account service for
the sole purpose of automating our collection process.

The below user(s) are hereby authorised as the users of the collection platform.
