Remuneration Calculation: The final remuneration is determined by matching the agent's achieved conversion rate with the
corresponding remuneration percentage from the chart for the specific lead grade sold on monthly basis. Once the
appropriate remuneration percentage is identified based on the conversion rate and lead grade, it is then applied to the total
gross profit generated from each sale to calculate the ITM’s remuneration for each grade sale.
All incoming Marketing Leads are divided into 4 categories/groups, based on grading principles (by source, by channel, by
geography). The grade is decided automatically by a system and won't be affected by agent.
Total Profit Covers Economy and Business Sales, includes Sales GP, Tips, TCS GP and AmEx GP (Total Profit Includes
losses occurred after a refund, exchange, chargeback and ADM's initiated due to a mistake)
Conversion = Sold New Clients (excluding return/referral) vs. All New Clients (excluding requests from Bonus Queue)
Return/Referral = fixed remuneration 23% (regardless of conversion and regular remuneration and excluding capped sales
20% max.)
Diamond Return = fixed remuneration 25% (regardless of conversion and regular remuneration and excluding capped sales
20% max.)
Exchange Sales are capped at 20% max. Refund Sales Are capped at 15% max.
BQ Sales eligible for 20% fixed remuneration.
Split sales will be equal to the Revenue percentage decided by QA
Business/first class sales capped at 20% max.
MP Sales ( Everything on MP Policy including Tour Specials) capped at 20% max. Group sales of 5 paxes and more capped
at 20% max.

PART C
Other

1. Call Forwarding
Total Profit amount of ITM is reduced by compensation amount for call forwarding to the ITM’s personal phone
number (Compensation = 5 USD for each consecutive minute for calls over 3 minutes). The option of call
forwarding:
a. is available to ITM starting from fourth (4th) month of the Term;
b. is activated automatically.
In case ITM does not intend to use call forwarding option, ITM shall deactivate this option manually.
2. Gamification Projects
The Company may grant to ITM access to Company’s gamification projects (if any). The terms and conditions of
such projects will be communicated to ITM separately.
3. The Company is entitled to amend this Schedule 3 (Compensation) at its sole discretion any time subject to prior
notification of ITM as provided under the Clause 2.1.2 and the Section 13.4 of the Agreement.
