(Application for accepting the personal bond and surety Bond and
undertaking as per order dated 2-4-2019 passed by Hon’ble High
Court of Himachal Pradesh in criminal appeal number 81 of 2019)

Sir,

The applicants respectfully submit as under:-

1. That the applicants had preferred an appeal against the

judgement of conviction dated 2-3-2019 passed by this
honourable court in case number 2 of 2016 before the Hon’ble
High Court of Himachal Pradesh.

2. That the appeal of the applicants has been registered vide

criminal appeal number 81 of 2019 by the Hon’ble High Court of
Himachal Pradesh and the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal
Pradesh has been pleased to suspend the sentence passed in
judgement dated 2-3-2019 by this Hon’ble Court. The fine amount
has already been deposited on 7-3-2019.

3. That the petitioners/applicants have been directed to furnish the

personal bond and surety Bond in the sum of ₹ 25,000/- each to
 the satisfaction of this Hon’ble court within a period of 4 weeks
and also therein undertaking therein (a) to appear in the court as
and when called upon to do so (b) and in case the instant appeal
is dismissed the petitioners shall surrender before the learned
trial court for receiving the sentence.

4. That in compliance to order dated 2-4-2019 the applicants is

furnishing the personal bond and surety bonds for a sum of ₹
25,000 each and undertaking therein (a) to appear in the court as
and when called upon to do so (b) and in case the instant appeal
is dismissed the petitioner is still surrendered before the learned
trial court for receiving the sentence hence the present
application.

5. It is therefore prayed that the application may kindly be allowed

and the personal bond and surety bonds along with the
undertaking in compliance to order dated 2-4-2019 may kindly be
accepted and the interest of justice.
