Week 1
8 am - Half Banana
9.30 am - Fruit yogurt with little cereal
1 pm - 1 Bowl Dal and 2 rotis
5 pm - Coconut water
7 pm - Salad
Week 2
8 am - Some dry fruits
9.30 am - 1 bowl of fruits
11 am - 1 glass buttermilk
1 pm - Oats / godam rava upma with veggies
5 pm - 1 banana
7 pm - 1 bowl veg / non veg soup with veggies.
Week 3
8 am - 1 Fruit
9.30 am - 2 idlis or 1 Dosa
12.30 - 1 pulka and two veg curries
5 Pm - Some healthy snack / drink
7.30 Pm - Same as lunch
No eggs and no non veg this week)

8 am - 1 very small glass of orange juice / or any juice
9 am - 1 Dosa + dry fruits
12.30 pm - Half cup rice with non veg or veg curry
7 pm - 1 roti with curries
Additional Tips
1. Cut out Sugars as much as possible.
2. Avoid Junk Food.
3. Reduce your portions.
4. Reduce your carbohydrate Quantities.
