SUBMISSION OF EXAMINATION FORMS/ FOR SEM (II, IV & VI) STUDENTS


(REGULAR STUDENTS ONLY)

Last Date to submit Examination form and Payment of Exam Fees is 12 MAY 2021.

1. Print the examination form, fill in all the details handwritten neatly.
2. Scan the neatly filled (handwritten) in examination form, previous semester
markslists whichever applicable as per the semesters and printed copy (if possible) of
the payment receipt (pay by using http://feepayr.com/). Combine all the documents
into a single pdf.
3. Mobile number should be categorically mentioned without fail so as to confirm
information regarding academic / exam related details as well as payment of fees.
4. Students can write details of their name, course, semester and payment receipt
mode and receipt number in mailbox.
5. Multiple options such as credit card/ debit card/internet banking/UPI payment
system is available on http://feepayr.com/. Students can choose any one of the
options.
6. Save the pdf in your name and semester (for example: AMOL BAHADURE B.A. SEM
II) and send it to officedacn@gmail.com.
7. Students will receive a mail of confirmation of mail delivery from
officedacn@gmail.com automatically.

8. Examination form in MS-WORD Format is also available online: …. If printing


of Examination form is not possible, students can fill in the word format and
send the same to officedacn@gmail.com along with other necessary
documents and receipt of payment of examination fees. Link for word format:

How to create pdf? (Keep ready the followings before you pay examination fees)

(For B.A., B. Com, B. Sc. & BCA)

1. For Sem II Students:


a. Neatly Filled in Examination Form
b. Sem I Marklist (Printed on online) or Hall ticket of the Sem I Exam.
2. For Sem IV Students:
a. Neatly Filled in Examination Form
b. Sem I, Sem II, Sem III Marklists (Printed on online) or Hall ticket of the
Exam of which marklist is not available.
3. For Sem VI Students:
a. Neatly Filled in Examination Form
b. Sem I, Sem II, Sem III, Sem IV, Sem V Marklists (Printed on online) or Hall
ticket of the Exam of which marklist is not available.

(For M.A., M. Com, M. Sc. SEM II & IV)

1. For Sem II Students:


a. Neatly Filled in Examination Form
b. Sem I Marklist (Printed on online) or Hall ticket of the Sem I Exam.
2. For Sem IV Students:
a. Neatly Filled in Examination Form
b. Sem I, Sem II, Sem III Marklists (Printed on online) or Hall ticket of the
Exam of which marklist is not available.

9. Scan all the documets using any mobile application or internet freewares
available and make them all into a single pdf. Save the file in your name,
course & Semester. For example_file name: AMOL BAHADURE B.A. SEM II and
send it to officedacn@gmail.com.

How to pay Fees using http://feepayr.com/?

1. Send the pdf first to officedacn@gmail.com.


2. Go to http://feepayr.com/
3. Enter registered mobile number or email address (this should be the same as you
submitted at the time of first registration at the time of admission).
4. You will receive an OTP on registered mobile number or email entered.
5. Enter the OTP and proceed further.
6. The Examination fees is already generated against your name on the portal and the
same should be paid using any one of the options available such as credit card/
debit card/internet banking/UPI payment system. The charges applicable for using
the payments system are not related to college operations. Only pre-designated exam
fees is deposited to college account.
7. Receipt is generated instantly or this can be awaited.
8. Details of transaction are generally received on mobile phone and your email. These
details can be mentioned later in the mailbox of officedacn@gmail.com.
9. Failed payments are automatically redirected to your account.
10. Queries in respect to this process only if there are any technical difficulties/failures
can be communicated to the officedacn@gmail.com.
