Full Fat Milk 1 Liter
Sugar 30g
Black Current Pulp 250g

Recipe:

➢ Boil the Milk and stir gently


➢ When the temperature of milk goes down on 35-400C , Add the pulp of black current and
sugar in it
➢ Add a drop of lemon in it
➢ Place the bowl in control temperature
➢ Leave for 5-6 hours for curdling process
