This Agreement between Fusani Acquah (CEO of iNMusic Distro

Team Management) and ______________________ (Musician /
Artist ) is made effective this ____________(date).

DEATILS:
iNMusic Distro Is a music distribution and Marketing company
based in Ghana and South Africa. They are one of the best and
fastest African Music distribution and Marketing plugs in music
business

1). MUSIC DISTRIBUTION

We distribute your songs , Ep and Albums to all digital platforms at
a 12 months for upfront fee of 35$ per talent / artist and our
company is to handle the artists song after the contract is signed.

a). Artists must submit copyright free songs , cover art and details of
the song to management team 10-14 days before release date .

b). iNMusic Management Team write to DSPs to make sure all

issues are solved on the artist’s releases If any.

2). MUSIC MARKETING & PROMOTIONS

a). Every release will be projected based on the budget and
preparation of the release .

3). MUSIC PUBLISHING ADMINISTRATION

The company helps to administer the Artist songs and helps the
artist to license his content to make sure he/ she corrects the
royalties from wherever the music is being played

4). SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & YOUTUBE

a). Management handles all the artist’s social media accounts
available and makes sure it’s well engaged .

b). Extra Promotions On the social media handles or YouTube will

be paid by the artist per project / Month as result to help the artists
growth or reach target audiences

5). TRADITIONAL MEDIA PROMOTIONS

a). Management gets artist interviews, airplays on different radio

and television stations per project based on the budget of the artist.

BENEFITS FOR BOTH PARTIES

Any money that’s will come from the music as we all know music
pays based on these

a). Shows / Programs

b). DSPs from streams
C). Collaboration/ featuring
D). Endorsement/ advertisement

So to the above mentioned are where artiste get his money from,
hence any money that’s will come from this, the Artist own 70% and
the Company / Management own 30%

MOVEMENTS OF THE ARTIST

Wherever the Artist will be going the management will be around

with him, either for performance, interviews, travel outside Ghana,
shooting music videos or any special occasion.
