You may feel a little pain in your arm or buttock during your injection.
• After your first injection of ABILIFY MAINTENA you should continue your current antipsychotic medicine for 2 weeks.

• Use DUPIXENT exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
• Your healthcare provider will tell you how much DUPIXENT to inject and how often
to inject it.
• DUPIXENT comes as a single-dose pre-filled syringe with needle shield or as a
pre-filled pen.
• DUPIXENT is given as an injection under the skin (subcutaneous injection).
• If your healthcare provider decides that you or a caregiver can give the injections
of DUPIXENT, you or your caregiver should receive training on the right way to
prepare and inject DUPIXENT. Do not try to inject DUPIXENT until you have been
shown the right way by your healthcare provider. In children 12 years of age and
older, it is recommended that DUPIXENT be administered by or under supervision
of an adult. In children younger than 12 years of age, DUPIXENT should be given

• If your dose schedule is every other week and you miss a dose of
DUPIXENT: Give the DUPIXENT injection within 7 days from the missed dose,
then continue with your original schedule. If the missed dose is not given within

• If your dose schedule is every 4 weeks and you miss a dose of

What are the possible side effects of DUPIXENT?

What is the most important information I should know about REXULTI?
REXULTI may cause serious side effects, including:

Call a healthcare provider right away if you or your family member has any of the
following symptoms, especially if they are new, worse, or worry you:
• thoughts about suicide or dying; new or worsening depression; feeling very agitated
or restless; panic attacks; new or worsening irritability; an extreme increase in
activity or talking (mania); attempts to commit suicide; new or worsening anxiety;
acting on dangerous impulses; trouble sleeping (insomnia); acting aggressive, being
angry, or violent; other unusual changes in behavior or mood
What else do I need to know about antidepressant medicines?
• Never stop an antidepressant medicine without first talking to your healthcare
provider. Stopping an antidepressant medicine suddenly can cause other symptoms.
• Antidepressants are medicines used to treat depression and other illnesses. It
is important to discuss all the risks of treating depression and also the risks of
not treating it. Patients and their families or other caregivers should discuss all
treatment choices with the healthcare provider, not just the use of antidepressants.
• Antidepressant medicines have other side effects. Talk to the healthcare provider
about the possible side effects of the medicine prescribed for you or your family
member.
• Antidepressant medicines can interact with other medicines. Know all of the
medicines that you or your family member takes. Keep a list of all medicines
(including prescription medicines, non-prescription medicines, vitamins and herbal
supplements) to show the healthcare provider. Do not start new medicines without
first checking with your healthcare provider.
What is REXULTI?
REXULTI is a prescription medicine used to treat major depressive disorder (MDD).
REXULTI is used with antidepressant medicines, when your healthcare provider
determines that an antidepressant alone is not enough to treat your depression. It is
not known if REXULTI is safe and effective in people under 18 years of age.
Who should not take REXULTI?
Do not take REXULTI if you are allergic to brexpiprazole or any of the ingredients in
REXULTI. See the end of this fact sheet for a complete list of ingredients in REXULTI.
What should I tell my healthcare provider before taking REXULTI?
Before taking REXULTI, tell your healthcare provider if you:
• have diabetes or high blood sugar or a family history of diabetes or high blood
sugar. Your healthcare provider should check your blood sugar before you start
REXULTI and during your treatment.
• have high levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, or low levels of HDL
cholesterol
• have or had seizures (convulsions)
• have or had low or high blood pressure
• have or had heart problems or a stroke
• have or had a low white blood cell count
• are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. It is not known if REXULTI may harm
your unborn baby. Using REXULTI in the last trimester of pregnancy may cause
muscle movement problems, medicine withdrawal symptoms, or both of these in
your newborn.
| If you become pregnant while taking REXULTI, talk to your healthcare provider
about registering with the National Pregnancy Registry for Atypical Antipsychotics.

herbal supplements.
REXULTI and other medicines may affect each other causing possible serious side
effects. REXULTI may affect the way other medicines work, and other medicines may
affect how REXULTI works.
Your healthcare provider can tell you if it is safe to take REXULTI with your other
medicines. Do not start or stop any medicines while taking REXULTI without talking to
your healthcare provider first.
Know the medicines you take. Keep a list of your medicines to show your healthcare
provider and pharmacist when you get a new medicine.
What should I avoid while taking REXULTI?
• Do not drive a car, operate machinery, or do other dangerous activities until you
know how REXULTI affects you. REXULTI may make you feel drowsy.

| Stay out of the sun. Do not wear too much or heavy clothing.

f you ask Ben and Erin Napier the secret
to keeping their 12-year marriage strong,
they’ll both tell you the answer is simple:
“We literally tell each other everything,”
says Erin. “When you know everything,
there’s little to disagree about.” While the
strategy all but eliminates any big “blow-
out” arguments, the HGTV stars are quick
to admit they aren’t entirely immune to
spousal spats. “When we first got married,
I would get something out of a cabinet and
just leave the door open,” says Ben with a
chuckle. “I mean, I’m sure some bachelors
have also done this, but I was really bad
about it. It was a thing.” Now that her husband
is “cured” of the irritating habit, Erin playfully
points out that he has since replaced it with a
few others. “He leaves his big size-14 work boots
in random places around the house,” she says. “I
could fall over them and break my nose! Also, if he
goes to his workshop, he disconnects. Like, really
disconnects. This house could burn down, and he
still would not answer the phone.” Despite these
minor issues, the college sweethearts have found
they work best as a team—both at home and as
business partners.

Before getting pregnant with Hel-
en, Erin suffered for years with mys-
terious abdominal pain. Then, in
2014, doctors discovered she had a
perforated appendix that had repeat-
edly ruptured and healed itself. At the time, Erin
was told she probably couldn’t have children as a
result. But on Mother’s Day in 2017, she got the
surprising news she was expecting. “We were
late to the party,” says Ben of starting a family
well into their 30s. “I mean we’re in south Missis-
sippi, our friends were having kids all around us,
so I think that we definitely felt pressure.” Adds
Erin: “I felt pressure from the clock more so than
anything else. But I want to change the narrative.
It’s a delicate conversation, and people need to be
more careful talking about it.” When it comes to

The personal revelations in the
interview sparked headlines around
the world and accelerated Diana and
Charles’s 1996 divorce.

When Princess Diana sat across from
journalist Martin Bashir in 1995, no one
in the royal family had the faintest idea
the interview was taking place—or about
the earthquake that would soon follow.
Bashir, then a correspondent for the
BBC’s Panorama news program, asked
the princess about her broken marriage
haunted gaze laying bare her private
anguish. Now, 25 years later, the inter-
view is once again making news—but
this time it’s Bashir who’s in the hot
seat. In November the BBC launched
an inquiry into allegations that not
only did Bashir use forged documents
to trick Diana into doing the interview

claimed were evidence that people
working for Diana’s brother Charles,
9th Earl Spencer, along with Diana’s
most trusted courtiers, were being
paid to spy on her—remains under
investigation, their existence was first
revealed by a BBC whistleblower in

rity services to spy on her; and, per-
haps most cruel, false insinuations of a
closeness between Prince Charles and
their sons’ nanny Tiggy Legge-Bourke.
“What [Bashir] did,” says a source, “was
to ratchet everything up at the time of
the interview. Once he had made her
doubt and fear all those who formed
her closest support network, she was
defenseless.”
At the time Diana spoke to Bashir,
her marriage had collapsed, its deep fis-
sures already exposed by leaks of phone
calls made by both her and Charles. But
the interview accelerated the couple’s
split after the Queen insisted the pair
divorce following Diana’s revelations.
Amid heightened emotions, Diana
was stripped of the title Her Royal
Highness and with it royal protection.
Diana’s friend Rosa Monckton believes
there is a clear line from the interview
to Diana’s death in a Paris car crash
less than two years later, alongside her
then-boyfriend Dodi Fayed. “Had she
retained [her title], she would have still
been in the embrace of the royal fami-

new investigation, with William, 38,

truth behind the actions that led to the

 Like nearly every family, Richie Sambora
and his daughter Ava encountered a 2020
that was very different from what they
had envisioned. Just months away from
her college graduation, Ava—who made
the dean’s list all four years while study-
ing psychology at Loyola Marymount
University—suddenly found her-
self facing a final semester of online
instruction and a virtual graduation
amid the pandemic. Quarantining at
her rock-star dad’s Laguna Beach, Calif.,
home earlier in the year, Ava was “bummed”
about her unexpectedly quiet last semester,
but Sambora says his daughter kept her pri-

of us who are doing well,” says Sambora

and I’m writing like crazy,” he says of
finding new fulfillment through music
while stuck inside during quarantine.
“I’ve just taken the time to try to get bet-
ter at everything.” After going through
her own tough times, Locklear—who
marked one year of sobriety in April—is
now happily engaged to her former high
school sweetheart Chris Heisser. “She is
doing really, really well,” says Sambora,
who along with Locklear toured colleges
and cheered on their daughter at school
events. Now 23 years old, Ava is “doing
phenomenally” and making preparations
to continue her psychol-
ogy studies in graduate

tioned overseas, Lupe, who is four years
younger, thought she had found her
own destiny too: “I wanted to follow in
my sister’s footsteps and sign up for the
armed forces.” Now that dream is twist-
ed up in uncertainty—and raw grief. In
April Spc. Vanessa Guillén, who was by
then 20 and stationed at Fort Hood in
Killeen, Texas, went missing from her
job as a small-arms mechanic. It was
70 agonizing days—of Vanessa’s family
pleading in vain, they say, for help from
base commanders—before her remains
were found. The main suspect was fel-

inson, who had sexually harassed Va-
nessa, according to family she confided
in. He killed himself when confronted
by police in July, leaving a dead-end

my sister seriously?”

23-year-old motor-transport operator was sched-
uled to make the rounds at Fort Hood, getting his
paperwork signed for discharge after four years of
service that included a deployment to Kuwait. He
was a “good old boy” from small-town Oklahoma,
his mother, Kim Wedel, says. “The biggest thing
he got in trouble for was sagging pants—because
he had no hips to hold his pants up.” With a new
car and a new job lined up, he planned to go back
to school on a GI Bill and ultimately work on the
giant wind turbines or oil rigs around Galveston.
But Morales didn’t report to base on Aug. 20, and

Khawam. Visibility at the gate, where there will also
be a small memorial to Vanessa, means that “the
soldiers and leaders there will see it almost every
day and remember to be better leaders,” says Va-
nessa’s older sister Mayra Guillén, 22. “What our
sister went through—it’s something I wouldn’t be
able to sit here and watch happen again.”

Isla Fisher was flattered—if a little confused—
when a delivery of clothes from Beyoncé’s Ivy
Park clothing line recently arrived on her door-
step. “It was very exciting. I thought, ‘Maybe
19-year-old 6'2" models were going out of fash-
ion and ginger 44-year-olds are coming into
fashion,’ ” she says with a laugh. “Or maybe they
were meant for Amy Adams.” The clothes were
in fact a gift for her, but the joke is a nod to the
many times people have confused her for fel-

rural Western Australia, Fisher, who was raised
alongside two brothers by her banker father and
drama-teacher mother, learned at an early age
that you don’t need a magic wand for wishes to
come true. “When I was 6, I dreamed of having a
pony,” recalls Fisher. “And then there was a res-
cue pony nearby that didn’t have a home, so my
fairy godmother came in the form of my dad, who
graciously allowed me to take in Fancy Pants. It
was fantastic!”
It was also during these early years that Fish-
er learned the importance of laughter. After she
was born in Oman, where her dad was working,
her family moved to Scotland and England before
settling in Australia. “For a while, I went to a dif-
ferent school every year. I learned to take the piss
out of myself and make jokes in order to make

friends,” she says. “But comedy was always quite

Sabrina Bryan was putting the final touches on her
baby-shower invitations in June when her vision
suddenly blurred. “I was having a hard time focus-
ing,” recalls the Cheetah Girls singer. “I thought it
was symptoms of the pregnancy.” Thinking she just
needed some rest, Bryan was shocked the next
morning when she looked in the mirror and discov-
ered her left eye was immobile. Then seven months
pregnant, Bryan, with her husband, Jordan Lund-
berg, rushed to the hospital, where hours later she
was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, a condition that
causes temporary weakness or paralysis in the face.
“My husband helped me look at the positive side:
It wasn’t bad for the baby, and there’s no pain in-
volved. It’s just your face being frozen,”

suffers from polycystic ovary syndrome, a hormon-
al disorder that can make it difficult to become
pregnant. After trying homeopathic treatment, “we
got pregnant within two months,” says Bryan. “I
was just so excited.”
But in September, as she turned 36 while her baby
fought for her life in the hospital, Bryan found her-
self living a nightmare. In the emergency room “I
was like, ‘Can I hold her?’ ” recalls Bryan. “I get her
in my arms, and she started to seize. Her eyes rolled
back into her head. I started screaming, ‘Nurse,
somebody come help me!’ ” Holding back tears as
she recalls the terrifying moment, Bryan admits it
was her breaking point. “I was like, ‘I cannot do this.

One time, Australian actor Paul Hogan was taking

a walk in Franklin Canyon in Los Angeles when he
came upon two women in a panic. “They said, ‘Oh,
thank God, it’s you!’ ” recalls Hogan, 81. “They told
me, ‘Around the bend is the biggest rattlesnake
we’ve ever seen! We’re so lucky that Crocodile
Dundee is here; he’ll know what to do!’ ” Hogan
laughs at the memory. “They assumed I’d go and
wring its neck. Fortunately for me, by the time I
went and looked for it, it had gone.”

no idea it would lead to fame and fortune. “Not in
my wildest dreams,” he says. “Now I think I’m an
inspiration to young people, because you don’t
have to be successful at 19. You can sort of find your
niche along the way.” He adds, “My extraordinary
life was not through any huge, obvious gift. It just
sort of happened.”
He first broke out in the U.S. in 1984 with his fa-
mous “shrimp on the barbie” commercial, credited

When his follow-up films were less successful,
Hogan says, he didn’t mind. “I figured I’d reached my
peak,” he says. “I sort of lost interest in the business.”
He took up skiing at 50 and spent as much time as
he could traveling the world. “I emotionally retired
many years ago,” he says. But when his longtime
friend, screenwriter Dean Murphy, asked if he’d star
in a fictional movie based on his life, he agreed. The

In 1990 he made worldwide headlines after he di-
vorced his first wife of more than 30 years, Noelene,
79, to marry his Dundee costar Linda Kozlowski,
62. The two lived together in L.A., raising their son

part was the loss of privacy,” he says of his celebrity.
“But it was also fabulous. In the ’80s and early ’90s, I
was a flavor of the month. I got invited everywhere.

turn as the demonic Michael on The Good
Place, Ted Danson was excited to step into
another, admittedly “similar” character:

I just had the craziest dream:

kind of guy, but his day job was
designing suits, and his name
was Herman Merman. I woke up
laughing, like, “Whoa, where did
that come from?”
Last time I was homesick
For the better part of a month I
was in Detroit [for work], and I had
just gotten a little puppy, Murphy,
who’s sleeping in front of my desk
right now. So I missed him for sure.
His whole body wagged when I
walked through the door.
Last guilty pleasure
Think I finished off a pumpkin
cheesecake the other day for
breakfast. Just ate it right out of
the pie pan, didn’t even transfer it
