Mastermind

 
In this variant of the game of Mastermind, the master chooses a key word,
which the guesser tries to guess. The master responds to each guess with a
combination of black and white pegs: a black peg for each letter in the guess
which matches a letter in the same position in the key word, and a white peg for
each letter in the guess which is present in the key word but not in the same
position.
