A. SCOPE OF INSPECTION
1. We measured the shaft alignment for male roto.
The result is ±0.02 ( OK)

Bearing set includes 06 itemss

Female roto

Male roto

Inlet housing Outlet housing

- The male rotor’s shaft of this compressor element is normal.

2. we disassembly the element to inspection

2.1. INLET HOUSING

Inlet housing is normal there are no scratch and crack on the inlet element housing, there are some rust

Inside but not effect to this housing, it is can be clean before rebuilt.

- This housing is OK, it can be reuse.

2.2. OUTLET HOUSING

Outlet housing and bearing housing is normal

- Outlet housing is normal.

2.3. ROTOR.

Both male and female rotor is not damage, there some rust in the surface, need to be cleaned before
overhaul.

- Male and female rotor ok.

2.4. BEARINGS

Abrasion exist on all contact surface of these bearing, this is natural abrasion after a long time running
with heavy load.

- We must replace this bearing set.

 B. CONCLUSION:

It is reached the bearings lifetime.

Base on real condition & manufacture standard maintenance scope, it is the right time to overhaul the
element.

Spare part required:

Element overhaul kit ( 01 set ) & Element mounting kit ( 01 set).
