BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Are you a Business Development who has successfully developed a business & ready to
drive business growth to the next level?

Pink Rabbit Lens was founded in 2018 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. However, we
provide High-Quality Contact lenses that are manufactured in South Korea. We believe that
when it comes to choosing contact lenses, comfort should come first and beauty should be
attached to it. That’s precisely why we cater to the needs of everyone, whether you are a
student, an employee, a CEO, someone who needs lenses for weddings, for daily use, or any
other needs.

Criteria:
1. Min Bachelor Degree
2. Have experiences at least 3-5 years as Business Developer or Head of Sales
3. High level of self-motivation, energy, and accountability
4. Having a Strong leadership, time management, and organisational skill
5. Excellent negotiate skill, analytical thinking skill.
6. Proactive, detail oriented, creative, and innovative.
7. Good communication in English.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies
2. ⁠Grow market beyond traditional/current channel
3. ⁠Look for opportunities to capture more new users
4. Lead excellent execution of above project to completion and superior outcomes with
measureable deliverables
5. Identify, research and expand potential country/market.
6. Lead Sales Team, Business development, and Customer Service to achieve sales
target.
7. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.
8. Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the sales team's performance.
9. Identify and analyze potential markets regarding business opportunities to bring in
new clients
10. Develop business plans with potential partners.
11. Manage R&D projects to ensure outcomes align with business objective
