MARKETING LEAD

Responsibilities:

● Optimising E-Commerce, Websites & Marketplaces (ensuring all

features are used and optimised) to achieve sales targets.
● Create campaigns, promotions, wording & SEO to achieve sales targets
on E-commerce & Marketplace (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Website).
● Process data reports from Marketplace and analytical tools to analyse
and improve sales performance according to given metrics (traffic, CTR,
CR).
● Set up, monitor, and analyse Ads running to increase ROAS on target.
● Lead and manage live streaming teams.
● Other work related to the scope of the position.

Requirements:
● Minimum undergraduate education with a background of marketing,
business management, engineering or equivalent.
● 2-3 years of experience as an e-commerce, marketing or performance
leader. A plus if you have ever built TikTok Shop, Affiliate, Live
streaming.
● Strong leadership, time management, and organisational skills.
● Target-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive and creative
● Good communication skills with superiors, subordinates, and
cross-divisions
● Data-driven, excellent analytical thinking skills.
● Proficient in Google Business apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
● Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly
