Settings in Simatic Manager to get Online to the CPU or Masterdrives

To get Online to Drives, assign the Field PG in the Simatic Manager
Normally everything should be adjusted correctly. But in case you have problems, getting online to a Drive, do following steps

Check, if your Field PG is

assigned

If it`s assigned, then click on

Cancel PG/PC assignment

After this, start the Simatic

Manager again

Then open the Object

Properties of your PG

Here you choose the Ethernet Connection and then click on Assign

Then choose following Parts:

Then click OK and your Field PG is assigned and you can go Online to the Drives
