Pump unit, bleeding air

1. Make sure that the lubricant reservoir is full of grease.


For filling, see: Filling lubricant

2. Remove both hose connections from the pump unit's ports.

3. Turn the start key to ignition position


4. Press in the test button on the pump unit for at least 6 seconds.

5. Turn off the ignition when clean grease has been pressed out from the nipple.

6. Turn the start key to ignition position and press in the test button again for at least 6 seconds. Now grease will be
pressed out from the other port on the pump unit.

7. Turn off the ignition when clean grease has been pressed out from the port.

8. Reinstall the hose connections on the pump unit.

Central lubrication system, bleeding air

9. Remove one of the plugs from the distribution block that is located farthest away in the system.

10. Turn the start key to ignition position

11. Press in the test button on the pump unit for at least 6 seconds. Now grease will be pressed out from the port.

12. Turn off the ignition when clean grease has been pressed out from the nipple.

13. Turn the start key to ignition position and press in the test button again for at least 6 seconds. Now grease will be
pressed out from the other port on the pump unit.
Turn off the ignition when clean grease has been pressed out from the nipple.

14. Reinstall the plugs on the distribution block

15. Restore the machine.
