Admission Details:

Mr. Talal Ghanem S Alrashidi was admitted to King Abdulaziz University hospital due to complaints of
food poisoning and gastroenteritis.

Clinical Presentation and Treatment Plan:

Upon admission, Mr. Alrashidi presented with symptoms consistent with food poisoning and
gastroenteritis, including severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Mr. Alrashidi is
advised to continue with intravenous fluid therapy until oral intake can be tolerated. He is also
