SEMESTER 5

1. CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

- Choose a Case Law from any one of the topics given in the syllabus.

- A Google sheet shall be circulated by the respective CR’s

- No one case law can be repeated, case laws must be different for each student in a
section

- Project may be typed or written.

- Word limit for the same is:

a. Handwritten- 3000-3500 words (excluding references and cover page)

b. Typed- 4000-4500 words (excluding references and cover page)

- Last Date for topic submission: OCTOBER 1, 2023

2. HISTORY

- Any topic from the syllabus may be taken.

- Last date for submission- 21st September, 2023
- Page Limit: 7-10 pages
- Project must be Handwritten only.

3. LAW OF CRIME-I

- A movie shall be assigned (or chosen) and a general review of the movie and the
crime (in comparison with depiction within the movie and interpretation by courts)
involved shall be done.
- 1 to 2 case laws shall also be taken for review within the project. (THIS IS TO BE
DONE INDEPENDENT OF THE MOVIE: you may review 1-2 case laws on that
very crime on which your movie is based)
- Word limit: 1800 - 2000 words
- Typed only.
- No last date told as of now

4. ADMIN LAW

- Topic chosen as per list

- 10 pages minimum; Handwritten
- Submission Date: 15th September, 2023
