Level assessment:

■ [Listening]

■ [Speaking / Reading]

She needs to focus on her vocabulary in order to keep perfecting her speaking skills. She participates well but I would like her to speak more. She has almost no problems

reading at an appropriate pace and flow for this level.

■ [Pronunciation]

Her pronunciation is understandable, but her rhythm is affected by her hesitation, which is often in the middle of a phrase or sentence (um-er-).

■ [Vocabulary]

She has minimal word in vocabulary although in general her vocabulary is simple.

■ [Grammar]

Her grammatical control is less strong, Her control of verb tenses is variable and he has recurring difficulty with word order. Despite these errors, her meaning is usually
clear.

The team leader needs the ability to communicate his members. He needs constructive goals and assign tasks to the members.
(1) A team leader is a person who leads a group of individuals to achieve set objectives or goals. Providing instruction, direction and coordinating the team work are the
major responsibilities of a team leader. A team leader also performs many of the same tasks as the rest of the team members.

2) What are the effective ways to boost team morale?

There are two effective ways to boost team morale. First, there has to be a team building in order to build up relationships. Second, they can spend time one another in
other social activities like dinner.

(2) One way is to organize team-related events so that employees feel more connected to one another and this will enhance a greater sense of responsibility for the
success of the team. Another way is to give incentives to those who have performed well, or to ad-dress the suggestions given by team members.

Practise every day. Decide how much time a week you are going to spend studying and stick to it.When you are learning new words don't learn the word on its own also

look at the words around it to help your fluency.Give yourself a long-term goal, for example taking a test. You'll find that you work harder when you need to study for

something.
