1. H (Hold Point) - QA/QC team shall be notified for the schedule of inspection or test in advance. It should also be carried with the QA/QC team client representative.
2. S (Surveillance) - QA/QC team to monitor work in progress without notice from the construction organization or random check selection.
3. W (Witness) - QA/QC team shall be notified for the schedule of inspection or test in advance if the QA/QC team client representative can't come on time for inspection, the activity can proceed.
