RESOLUTION NO. 41 SERIES OF 2024

“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ASSISTANCE OF THE CITY ENGINEERING OFFICE THRU

ENGR. DINDO B. BONGALOSA IN THE PREPARATION OF PROGRAM OF WORKS AMOUNTING
TO THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 35,000.00) INTENDED FOR THE “CONSTRUCTION
OF FLOOD CONTROL AT BRGY. MARIROC, TABACO CITY.”

WHEREAS, the amount of “Thirty Five Thousand (₱35,000.00) is allocated for the “Construction of
Flood Control” at Brgy. Mariroc, Tabaco City;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kgd. Christian M. Cantes, and duly seconded by Kgd. Arnold
Buenconsejo and unanimously approved by the body, be it;

RESOLVED, to request the assistance of the City Engineering Office to assist Barangay Mariroc in
preparation of Program of Work of the above-stated project need to be implemented by this
barangay;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished the City Engineering Office and
those other concerned for their information and appropriate action regarding this resolution.
