PROVISIONAL ADMISSION NOTICE

CLASS XI (SESSION 2023 - 2024) – BDMI STUDENTS

Dear Parents,
We are happy to inform you that we would process provisional admission to class XI (Session 2023- 2024)
based on the marks obtained in the final performance report of Class IX and Half yearly report of Class X.
A. SUBJECT COMBINATIONS

(I) SCIENCE –
1) English, Bengali/ Hindi/ Physical Education, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science.
2) English, Bengali/ Hindi/ Physical Education, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology.
3) English, Bengali/ Hindi/ Physical Education, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Bio Technology.
4) English, Bengali/Hindi/ Physical Education, Physics, Chemistry, Bio Technology, Psychology
(Criteria – Mathematics – 80%, Science - 80%, English – 70% OR 75% in Aggregate) for all 4 combinations.

(II) COMMERCE – (GENERAL)

1) English, Bengali/ Hindi/ Painting, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics.
(Criteria – 75% in Mathematics & 70% in English)

(III) HUMANITIES –

1) English, Bengali/ Hindi/ Painting, Geography/ Psychology, Political Science, Sociology / Economics,
Mathematics/ History/Mass Media Studies/ Applied Mathematics / Legal Studies

Criteria –

 With Economics/ Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics (Mathematics & English - 70% Aggregate)
 Without Mathematics / Applied Mathematics/ Economics (70% in English)

B. ADMISSION PROCESS

(I) Please see the subject combinations very carefully and decide accordingly.

 Please fill up Google form sent by your respective class teacher for subject combination and stream
selection.

Admission forms will be given by the respective class teacher on payment of Rs 1000/- (One Thousand Only)

on 07/11/2022, 09/11/2022 & 10/11/2022, during the class hours

Stream allotment will be on the basis of overall performance in Class IX and X (till date)

Admission Form duly filled up to be checked and signed by Senior Coordinator (Sr. Secondary) as per the
following dates.

 DATES – 15/11/2022, 16/11/2022, 17/11/2022, 18/11/2022, 21/11/2022, 22/11/2022, 23/11/2022

 TIME - 8:00 am – 11:00 am

NOTE: Parents should come along with their ward as per the given time slot & schedule shared by the

respective Class Teachers as per the list given below: -

(II) Submission of documents is mandatory for all BDMI students.

 Self Attested Class IX Annual Examination Report Card

 Self Attested Class X and half yearly Report Card
 Self Attested Birth Certificate
 Candidate must be present during form checking
 Self Attested Xerox copy of ID proof (Aadhaar card) of parents and student
 Local Address proof
 Self Attested Xerox copy of information of Annual Income of the parents, based on self declaration of
parents

Original Documents are to be produced at the time of admission for verification purpose.

C. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Admission Fees to be paid as per the following details mentioned below:
