$500 – Service package I
- Renting of hall in the men’s area ONLY
- 100 total chairs setup is provided
- Partition is provided if needed
- Two tables for refreshments outside the Masjid is
provided
- Table and chairs for the Imam & witnesses are
provided
- AC/ Heater provided
- Microphone / Sound System provided
- Maintenance of Hall and bathrooms before & after
the event

- Renting of an additional 50 chairs in the men’s - Live display of the event on the projector display
marble area screens in the men’s area and/or women’s area
- If needed, additional chairs are provided in the - Online video streaming of the event either on
women’s area ONLY. For every 50 additional chairs social media or on Zoom
there is a surcharge of $100 added to the final
package

 Nikah Rules &Regulations
• The nikkah ceremony must be conducted within the specified time frame. There will be an
additional charge of $100 every 30 minutes if the nikkah runs longer that the time frame.
• Each nikkah is allotted only hour and a half any time after that it will be a violation of the rules and
you will be charged the $100 penalty every 30 minutes.
• Activities should be halted as soon as the adhan is called and can resume after the salah is over.
• All attendees must wear modest attire to maintain the sanctity of the masjid. Guests that are not
dressed appropriately will be asked to wait outside the masjid. Please also display proper etiquette
in the masjid.
• Only the masjid management team will setup for the Nikah, there are no additional setup items
allowed inside the prayer hall, including decor or flowers. You cannot add more chairs than you
have paid for. You will forfeit your deposit if you do so.
• The divider between the men and women must remain in the middle and cannot be removed by the
family. In the event that you do remove the divider the nikkah will come to a halt and ladies will be
asked to move to the ladies area.
• No Photography/Videography will be allowed indoors nor outdoors within 30 minutes of Salah time
• No food or drinks are permitted inside the prayer hall under any circumstances.
• No men are allowed in ladies prayer hall at all, or under any circumstances.
• The reserving party will be responsible for any damaged caused to the masjid. Any damage caused
will result in extra fees.
• Reserving party will be responsible for following all these rules.
• Masjid needs to know the amount of people attending the nikkah. Attendees cannot exceed 200. If
your guests are exceeding 200 the ladies need to move to the ladies’ side. There also will be an
additional charge after 100 attendees.
• If clients or guests do not follow rules during the event, they will forfeit their $500 deposit/incidental.
