1 During the 2023 BSKE, three (3) established precincts were already transferred to
RME as part of the Pilot MaIl Voting program of the Commission;

2 You have identified a total ofone thousard three hundred eighty-one (1,3g1) voters
from Precinct Numbers 0592A to 05988, who are residentJ olchristine ville and
Sonia Subdivisions, Barangay Dela Paz, as the most possible additional set ofvoters
to be transferred to RME;

.) On May 22, 2024, your Office successfully conducted the Consultative public
Meeting at the christien Ville and sonia Subdivisions regarding Mall voting for the
2025 NLE, where you received encouraging response from thJ attend"." i,d th"t

_concerned voters expressed their satisfaction and provided positive feedback
during said meeting;

you proceeded witll the gathering of signatures of the affected voters by devising a
form specihcally desigrred for that purpose. The form contains a simite questln
posed to the affected voters, (whether or not they are in favor of tranierring their
voting center, from DPHS to RME); and

ascertain whet].er the number of voters who expressed their support for the transfer
of voting center have met the required signatures under Section 154, OEC. After a
thorough verification, which was attended by the officers of the Home owners
Association (HoA), you have affirmed trat majority of the voters from the affected
precincts have unequivocally voted in favor of the tra,sfer as shown in the
