I am a writer. I have been writing since I really did not know how to write.

I wrote some
random words on small pieces of paper alongside my drawings on my grandfather's desk, such
as 'wool' or 'home'. I was fascinated by this unknown code and the artistry of calligraphy even
though I did not know their true meaning. Later on, I learnt how to write and the meaning of
words. Back in school, I loved to write about unsolved mysteries and old-time crime stories. I
really thought of myself as a junior novelist. Then, I slowly improved and I learnt how to write
essays. I was really happy about the results and my teachers gave me very good feedback. I felt
I was good at it. It made me feel like I was good at something. When I got to University, I took
language and writing courses. This allowed me to learn about the structure and the process of
creation of texts and essays. Unfortunately, I had some personal problems and I drop off
University. This interrupted in some way my writing path. I wish I remember more of what I
learned back then. But, here I am. I am reinventing myself and trying to find out my inner
writer and bring him into the light. I truly hope this course is my way back to it.
