the retreat. An itinerary is suggested for those new to retreats but it is completely flexible. It is your personal retreat and your time to rest so take your time to slow down, pause and enjoy the surroundings. We only request that you stick to your scheduled session with your retreat director. There will not be any make up session for any missed session. In the event, you need to make any changes, please check back with us. 2. What is included in my retreat?
Your retreat includes your retreat guide
book, 2 sessions with the retreat director, accommodation and meals (including daily breakfast). You will receive dining vouchers which can be used at any of the restaurants except No.3 Crab. The amount given is $15 per meal. Should you spend beyond that amount or incur any other expenses, it will need to be borne separately. Please give your credit card for the security deposit of $200 at check-in. It will not be charged if there are no other expenses. 3. Do I need to prepare anything for the retreat?
Give yourself the permission to rest and put
behind whatever commitments that’s occupying you. It is your time alone to be yourself and to be with the Lord. Bring along a pen and journal to write down your thoughts from the retreat. We strongly recommend you to refrain from looking at your phone or engage with your commitments. Only use the phone for the videos and sessions with your spiritual director. If you need to use the phone, set aside a specific time to do so and have it away from you when you are done. 4. Can I continue to contact my Retreat Director after my retreat?
Yes, if you have found the sessions with
your retreat director useful, you may continue to engage him privately. Any fees will need to be discussed with him separately.
