Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-
year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed 2-year Diploma in Elementary
Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms and
Procedure) Regulation, 2002.

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-
year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-
year Diploma in Education (Special Educaton).

Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) passed.
A, B,C E D

Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) passed.

At least 50% marks either in Graduation or post Graduation and B.Ed. passed or appearing in final year
of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year B.Ed. passed, in accordance with the NCTE
(Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-
year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-
year B.A. /B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.

Graduation or post Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education) passed or
appearing in final year of B.Ed (Special Education)
Note:- Amendment by NCTE Notification No.F.No. NCTE-Reg/012/22/2019-US(Regulation)-HQ. Dated 13th November,
2019 "At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and B.Ed." the following Proviso inserted-"Provided
that minimum precentage of marks in graduation shall not be applicable to those incumbents who had already taken
admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education or equivalent course prior to the 29th July,
2011."
