Attendance Bonus Policy
OBJECTIVE
To motivate the employees working in the Non-Production Category for below objectives:
1) Availability of Manpower
2) Overtime Cost Reduction
3) Reduction in Absenteeism
4) Recognition towards 100% attendance in a month
5) Improve productivity of the employee
EFFECTIVE
APPLICABILITY
All employees working under Production Category including Managers and Supervisors will
be applicable for a monthly Attendance Bonus.
Category Departments
ELIGIBILITY
Employees have worked on all working days for complete shift without leave/absent
excluding Weekly off/ Paid Holidays
Employees In time should be on or before the Shift Starts. Coming late after shift starts
will disqualify for Attendance Bonus.
Employees having proper attendance (i.e. Proper In Time punch and Proper Out Time
punch) without any Mispunch or manual attendance record
One day Gross Salary per employee will be credited who qualifies all the criteria’s of
eligibility along with the Salary depending on the monthly attendance
It will be reflected under the head “Attendance Bonus” of the Gross Earning in the Payslip
Employees should check their attendance on daily basis in the Employee Self Portal or
mobile application as feasible
Any dispute related to the attendance will not be entertained subject to prior approval
from Reporting Manager.
