A PROPOSAL TO THE LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT FOR
APPOINTMENT OF OUR COMPANY AS A CONSULTANT ON
PRODUCE AT BERGER TOLL POINT LAGOS STATE
In order to ensure further boost of revenue generation machinery for the
State, we hereby convey the intention of our company to act as
Consultant for the government as stated above.

Our company specializes in supply, consultancy, transportation,

logistics, revenue collection service, import and export, general contract
and general merchandise.

Interestingly, the management team of our Company consist of good

background professional, who have all it takes in effectively running
government control post.

More importantly, we promise to effectively manage this project with a

view of generating expected revenue to the coffer of the state
government as at when due based on government guidelines and
procedures.

SHOAB GLOBAL CONCEPT LIMITED has been in existence since

17th August, 2009.
We are team of Management Consultants vast in experience of boosting
the revenue generation of State Government parastatals, and is equally
specialized in general merchandise.

OPERATION
If we are positively considered, we solely handle the revenue generation
with prudent and efficiency as our watchword.
By and large, it is our belief that this administration will enjoy consistent
revenue if we are given the opportunity to take care of this project. The
toll point operation shall be sanitized and reformed.
SECURITY BACKUP
To ensure strict compliance with laid down rules and procedure to
revenue collections we shall employ the service of security agents for
the safety and adequate protection of our field staff and office personnels
coupled with the peculiarity of the job details and for the strict
compliance of the vehicles in Lagos State. The service of law
enforcement officers is inevitable at the toll points
We shall be responsible for this enormous task.
ESSENCE OF PROPOSAL
The essence of our proposal is to get consideration of the State
Government for our firm as a Consultant on Produce in Lagos State.
We shall operate the project based on agreement, modalities of operation
and legalizing the conditions and terms of the contract. As would be
agreed by Government and our Company.
THE BENEFIT OF THE PROPOSAL
1. Enhanced of a steady revenue based for the State Government
2. Increment in Internally Generated Revenue (IGR)
3. Job opportunity to our party members
4. We shall be remitting monthly to the Government coffer, as stipulated
in our contract papers.

OUR ROLES
1. We shall be remitting monthly to the government coffers.
2. We shall map out strategies on how best, we can be manage the
project in a peacefully and orderly manner.
Finally, we promise not to betray the trust and confidence that would be
repose in us if this proposal is considered and approved.
