application for the Customer Care Professional position on Indeed.com. As an alumnus from the
University of Newcastle, England majoring In M. Eng Electronics and Electrical Engineering, I’m
confident that my experience in a diverse multicultural communication would make me an asset to the
team at American Express.

In my current role as a Service Executive in Revenue team at SB Plus Sdn Bhd, I diligently handle call
inquiries, providing Whatsapp messages, emails, social media, and OTA platforms (AirBnb,
Booking.com, Agoda) assistance for more than 31 building unit bookings from guests from all across
Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, China) and also for international guests (Europe and the United States).
Also, I maintained sound and effective communication with a team of nine colleagues and leader and
superiors across all departments and hierarchy. I’m sure that this experience will help me pick up new
skills and quickly excel as a technician at Mayflower.

I also understand that American Express is seeking to expand their customer care manpowers. While at
the SB Plus Sdn Bhd, I managed to efficiently conduct and schedule coordination with Operation Team
to solve guest issues and complains. The Customer Care Professional position at American Express
would be an exciting opportunity for me to bring my educational background to the table, and learn
more about a growing industry.
